The RunningDog program operates differently in every facility that we work with. That is beauty of our program! We fit our program to meet the needs of the dogs and also work within the facility policies and procedures. Dependent upon the facility, you will either take a RunningDog Orientation that includes facility specific training, or you will be required to take the RunningDog Orientation in addition to the facility’s orientation session. After you take the necessary orientation, you will be free to stop in for solo runs or join us for scheduled group runs. Each facility has different rules about off property running and field trips/racing events. This will be addressed during your orientation session.

We are always looking for motivated volunteers who are willing to go that extra step to make sure our program continues to be successful. If you are looking for a way to be involved with the organization outside of becoming a volunteer runner, please contact our volunteer coordinator at info@runningdog.org.
